西安中威（ZHWE）生产的多孔陶瓷吸盘,微孔陶瓷吸盘,陶瓷真空吸盘,碳化硅多孔陶瓷吸盘经高温烧结工艺加工出来的微孔陶瓷材料，碳化硅多孔材料化学性质稳定，硬度高，长期使用不会堵塞、不会磨损、不会变形；多孔陶瓷吸盘的孔径分布均匀，微孔陶瓷吸盘的颗粒粗细均匀，加工出来的多孔陶瓷吸盘板经过研磨后的表面光滑平整，可替代国外进口材料。

微孔质陶瓷材料，是以Alumina，SIC为基础材料，经过高温烧结，高度瓷化的一种多孔质且孔径均匀的陶瓷，孔径（Pore Size）一般为1-100um，气孔率可调节至到40%-50%，常用在半导体、光伏、OLED、印刷等薄膜吸附领域。
